Dr. Jessica Reishus Davidson, OTD, OTR/L

Doctor of Occupational Therapy, Founder of Sprout Therapy

Jessica is a Doctor of Occupational Therapy specializing in pediatric therapy. She has provided pediatric services in a wide variety of settings, including schools, residential treatment centers, outpatient clinics, and the NICU. Her expertise lies in feeding therapy, self-regulation, fine motor skills, and sensory processing. Jessica has extensive experience working with a diverse range of diagnoses, such as autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, Rett syndrome, arthrogryposis, plagiocephaly, torticollis, and Down syndrome. She has received professional training in the SOS Approach to Feeding and has conducted research in trauma-informed care. Jessica holds current licenses in Minnesota, North Dakota, Colorado, Idaho, and Oregon and is certified through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Jessica grew up near Dent, Minnesota, and graduated from Frazee High School. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Dakota in 2020, culminating with her capstone project in pediatric trauma-informed care. Since then, she has traveled to provide pediatric Occupational Therapy services in Idaho, Colorado, Oregon, and North Dakota. In 2023, she returned to her hometown roots to enrich her community and the surrounding areas by opening Sprout Therapy in the fall of that year.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys staying active through running and playing with her dog. She is passionate about cooking, spending quality time with family, and gardening, as these activities help her remain grounded and connected to nature—an integral part of promoting overall health and well-being. 

Jessica has completed the following continuing education and advanced trainings:

Tai Davidson

General Manager of Business Operations

Tai works diligently behind the scenes to ensure that the patient experience is seamless, user-friendly, and effective. He has served on the board of the North Dakota Society of Human Resources Management for 2.5 years and on the board for the Association of Talent Development for 2 years. Tai specializes in public relations, accounting and finance, and technology. He has received professional training in leadership and communication skills through Dale Carnegie. Tai holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management from the University of Minnesota, Crookston. Currently, he is employed as the Manager of Learning and Development at Marvin.

Outside of work, Tai can be found engaged in various projects, staying active, and spending time with his friends and family. He enjoys leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and is often seen troubleshooting problems and creating solutions in his spare time. Tai places a high value on meaningful conversations and connections in life and is dedicated to making everyone around him feel seen and welcome. After residing in Fargo, North Dakota, for the past decade, Tai looks forward to relocating to the lakes area and embracing a slower pace of life.
